Plitvice Lakes National Park
Today we headed to Plitvice Lakes National Park. We spent the night in the park and had dinner together. The next morning we headed into the park. This was one of the most beautiful hikes I have ever done. The views are spectacular.
Rovinj
After our hike, we headed to Rovinj. This was a gorgeous area. We had dinner that night as we watched the sun set over the water. It was breath-taking.
The next day we “took a vacation from our vacation.” A few of us were up early and took the ferry to the old city where we explored, bought souvenirs and had wonderful seafood. After lunch we headed back to our beautiful hotel and spent the afternoon at the pool/beach. That evening everyone got together and shared some of the treats they had picked up in an impromptu pre dinner party.
